Jesse Roedts - Drum Teacher

Music has always been a passion of mine. I spent a lot of time as a young kid sorting through piles of records that my parents had stashed in our living room. I sat for hours a day rocking out at the record player. At age 10 I started playing drums in school. I joined my first band at 13 and haven't looked back since. I spent my teenage years studying under numerous local musicians and teachers. My time was spent playing as many gigs as possible. I got to play with blues, rock and country bands. I have spent the last 11 years playing drums in the local heavy metal band 44Mag, and doing studio work with other bands and musicians.

In 2008 I started teaching at the Uptown Music collective. I enjoy being able to teach the art of drumming to our students and watching them become talented musicians.
